Please include your name and address, and if you wish, whatever designation you wish to put on your gift. If you do not include a designation, your contribution will go towards whatever project most needs assistance at the time your donation is received.
Contacting us about a microenterprise loan is great! Please include your name and address so that we can send you a loan agreement contract. Please also let us know the interest you wish to receive (0% to 5% annually) and the length of time you wish to invest (1 - 5 years or as you so designate).
100% of your giving goes to the operating budget of the CDCA.. If you designate a gift for some particular project, 85% goes directly to it, and 15% is used for general expenses related to it, such as staff time, maintaining the vehicle used in carrying out the project, etc.
If you give online, Network for Good, which enables us to receive credit card donations online, retains 3% of your gift to cover the bank fees involved, and passes 97% directly on to the CDCA.
No gift is too small to matter.
77% of the gifts we received in 2006 were gifts of $100 or less… they just come from a lot of individuals, churches, and small groups!
In-kind contributions (donations of supplies, expertise, and time) totaled over $300,000, and 97% of that was in medical donations brought by volunteer delegations and used to provide health care.
